I believe in the human capacity to change, grow, and thrive. I celebrate the strength of vulnerability, inclusivity, and reclaiming power.

With chronic illness, it feels like everything changes. We will work to establish meaning and management of chronic illness symptoms. This work might include mindfulness and meditation practices, exploration and establishment of a healthy sense of self, or practice and skills to support with medical advocacy.
Our work to support your healing from trauma starts with a meaningful and safe therapeutic connection. You survived, and now you might live life on high-alert, prepared and ready for whatever danger lies ahead. We will work to support you (and your nervous system!). There is no timeline for trauma healing—we will take time to take notice, understand, and respond to all of you and your needs.
Racing thoughts interfering with your ability to sleep at night or study for your exams? Perhaps you catch your heart racing, pounding fast, or your hands getting sweaty. You’re not alone, and you’re not as out-of-control as you feel! We will practice skills in-session that will support you both at-home in-between sessions as well as to support long-term benefit.
