I work with women from a feminist, trauma-informed lens that recognizes how personal struggles are shaped by social and systemic forces. Therapy is a collaborative space to explore identity, power, relationships, and healing without judgment. Together we challenge limiting narratives, build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and support women in reclaiming their voice, agency, and authentic lives.

I specialize in treating PTSD stemming from single-event trauma experiences, including sexual assault or childhood sexaul abuse. I provide a safe, supportive space to process traumatic memories, reduce unwanted fear responses, and rebuild a sense of relative control and safety. Using evidence-based trauma therapies like EMDR and parts work, I help clients move from feeling stuck or just surviving to feeling present and confident in their bodies and lives.

I treat dissociative disorders rooted in complex trauma, relational harm, and insecure attachment. Therapy focuses on restoring safety, integrating fragmented experiences, and building emotional regulation and self-connection. Through trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, I help clients reduce dissociation, strengthen identity, and create healthier, more secure relationships.

I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training. EMDR is type of therapy that stimulates your body's natural healing process by activating and re-processing the original trauma via images, feelings, thoughts, and body sensations. In a safe environment once you have learned skills to cope with the activation your body will become desensitized to the automatic triggers and your brain will be able to reframe negative thoughts that are no longer serving you.

I integrate parts work with EMDR to treat complex trauma. This approach helps clients understand and heal wounded younger parts shaped by past experiences while strengthening the calm, compassionate Self. Through IFS, clients reduce shame, reactivity, and emotional overwhelm, creating greater self-trust, inner harmony, and lasting trauma recovery.

I use relational therapy to support attachment healing and relationship repair. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns shaped by early relationships, increasing emotional safety, and building secure connection. Through a collaborative and attuned therapeutic relationship, clients learn to trust, set boundaries, express needs, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
