About My Clients

I enjoy working with people who are feeling anxious, depressed, stressed at work, dealing with a major life change, or struggling with trauma. If you're feeling ready for things to change, I am the person who looks to make improvements at each session. I create a supportive environment for you to truly feel like someone is on your team.

My Background and Approach

My approach changes based on your needs, but I always look at you as a whole person. I see you as multifaceted, and each piece matters to me. It is most important that you feel supported and comfortable. I am formally trained in various approaches proven to make significant changes, and you are welcome to reach out and ask more about what these are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a member of the LGBT community, and feel strongly about helping fellow members grow to a place where they feel strong, empowered, beautiful, and worthy of a life well lived. I am also active in other social justice realms, primarily in power-based violence and fighting sources of oppression.
