The majority of clients I serve are seeking to heal traumatic wounds. I provide several forms of evidence-based therapies designed to deliver lasting results for healing. These include CBT, TF-CBT, prolonged exposure and shame-resilience.

I primarily utilize narrative therapies in helping others heal from difficult life events. Re-authoring your personal narrative is a powerful and proven way of concluding trauma symptoms and moving forward to a more meaningful and purpose driven life.

CBT is considered the gold standard for treatment of anxiety and depression. These are two of the most treatable conditions, and CBT is highly effective at creating long-term change around these issues.

The majority of people I serve have PTSD or Complex PTSD.

I have extensive experience helping survivors of sexual abuse recover from trauma related symptoms. I work with children, teens and adults.

I have extensive experience working with all types of abuse. I would be honored to guide you on the road to recovery.
