About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating trauma, processing abuse, working through grief, anxiety, and depression. I also focus on women and couples who are moving through life transitions—like pregnancy, the postpartum period, grief, or emotional overwhelm—and want a space to feel supported and understood.
My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic and integrative, offering a compassionate space where clients can explore life’s challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater wholeness. I draw from mindfulness practices, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and expressive therapies. I collaborate with each client to create a unique growth plan that honors the complexity of each person. With a background in postpartum doula work, I bring a deep understanding of transitional periods and specialize in supporting perinatal and postpartum women, couples, and families. I also work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety, and I’m currently pursuing EMDR certification to further enhance my trauma-informed care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is a courageous step to embark on this journey. While the process can feel overwhelming, it’s also a powerful commitment to growth, healing, and positive change. It is my view that each person has inherent value and deep worth--I strive to honor that through this work. No challenge is too big or too small. You are worth caring for. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring global cuisines, and connecting with family and friends. "People are not problems to be solved. They are mysteries to be explored." -Eugene Peterson
