About My Clients
Throughout my training I have worked with a variety of populations and mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self esteem, relationship issues, and relationship building/enrichment. I enjoy working with adults, couples, millennials, college students, graduate students, and young professionals.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, you will have the time and space to explore what brings you to therapy and we will both explore the path on how to move forward with whatever concerns or goals you may bring. In the business of daily life, it can be nice to have a confidential space and “therapy time.” I hope to “walk” along with you on your therapeutic journey towards healing, growth, and greater awareness about yourself. My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative approach that is influenced most by Interpersonal Neurobiology, the work from the "Daring Way" by Brene Brown, Trauma Informed Care, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
