My Background and Approach
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), Latina therapist specializing in trauma, play therapy, and supporting individuals from the Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities. As a CPC intern, I am trained in evidence-based practices and am dedicated to providing culturally competent care. My experience includes helping clients work through identity challenges, depression, and family dynamics. I also offer play therapy for children to help them express their emotions and navigate difficult experiences.
