About My Clients
Clients come to me with a wide array of stressors and life challenges. No matter the season of life, I strive to create a comfortable environment that allows my clients to explore what the best version of them looks like; my hope is to collaboratively build a road map with them on how to get there. I have a relaxed approach that allows each client the opportunity to explore the symbolism behind the ways in which they view, interact, and experience the world.
My Background and Approach
As a Graduate student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling, my clinical skills paired with my extensive professional background in leadership and development have presented me an assortment of skills that have added value to my journey as I purse my Licensed Professional Counselor license. I am currently pursuing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University and am in the process of completing my clinical hours under the supervision of a practicing LPC with 30+ years of experience in addition to the University.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about therapy because of its ability to unlock pathways to change, growth, and inner peace during moments when we feel the most stuck. In fact, I believe that this stuckness is where the magic happens….
