The foundation of treatment build on honoring my client's values and personal experiences, creating a positive therapeutic relationship, and striving for clinical excellence. My treatment method is integrated, blending a compassionate person-centered approach along with proven research and evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, trauma-focused therapies, among others. Ultimately my approach is simple—I endeavor to remain authentic/genuine, empathetic, compassionate, honest, fully present and when necessary straightforward. I will strive to meet you where you are while challenging you to move towards where you wish to be. My genuine friendly demeanor coupled with my approach and style, allows you to feel safe and fully accepted, resulting in your ability to share your concerns and experiences and move forward in a positive direction. Using an optimistic and hopeful lens coupled with realistic treatment goals I help you reach your potential.
