I hope that I can be supportive to you in identifying the pieces of your story that have brought you to therapy. In doing so, we can work together to uncover patterns that might be keeping you from living the life you desire. Together we can find ways to unlock these past patterns and discover new pathways to promote a better relationship with yourself and with others.
My Background and Approach
I have been providing therapy in various settings for almost ten years. My goal is to offer you therapy that is meaningful and specific to you, your life experience and most especially your goals. My practice is enriched through Mindfulness, CBT and boundary setting. My specialization is working with Women to heal, Anxiety, Trauma and depressive symptoms. One of the most important decisions you can make for yourself is reaching out for help, especially in times that feel extremely challenging.
