About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples and love working with and supporting parents in the demands of caregiving. I have experience working with youth and families and am trained in Infant-Parent Psychotherapy, focusing on supporting healthy relationships between young children and caregivers through a healing-organized, relational approach.

I explore and tend to what you need with non-judgement, warmth, creativity and collaboration. My approach is transparent and client-centered. I believe our experiences are shaped by our identities, environment and relationships, and holding that context throughout therapy is important to me. I strive to create a welcoming environment and understand that therapy itself is shaped by the relationship between therapist and client: you deserve to find a great fit where you feel safe, understood and engaged.
