I believe each individual is the commander of their own ship. I am here as a collaborative guide on that journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a Certification in Thanatology (CT) which is the study of death, dying, and bereavement. I graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California in 2011. I have over a decade of experience in community health, community mental health, and hospice.
Some modalities I may use in your therapeutic sessions include attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, family-of-origin therapy, trauma-informed lens, and solution focused therapy. Each person is uniquely individual and I will use approaches that are best suited for you.
