About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are veterans, professionals, caregivers, and individuals who feel the weight of responsibility at work, home, or in their relationships. They are often high-functioning on the outside but struggling with stress, self-doubt, communication difficulties, or feeling stuck. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, military life, and major transitions. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and culturally responsive. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood while also being supported in making meaningful changes. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in marketing and leadership roles, which gives me a unique understanding of workplace stress, performance pressure, identity shifts, and carrying responsibility for others. I often work with veterans, men, professionals, caregivers, and couples who may appear high functioning while feeling overwhelmed internally. I focus on helping clients build insight, improve communication, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to support clients in creating lives that feel more connected, intentional, and aligned with who they want to be.
