About My Clients
Does it seem like on the outside you have it together, but deep down you are struggling? Does it feel like everything is on you and you're exhausted? Is it difficult for you to ask for help which leads you to feeling worried, stressed and overwhelmed. It makes sense that you feel this way maybe you've had experiences in the past that have convinced you that you have to do it all on your own. For this, you don't have to do it on your own. Let's see how we can work together.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and integrative. We'll work collaboratively to address the issues that brought you to counseling. In our first session, we'll explore the issues that may have brought you into counseling. In additional sessions, we'll work together to explore a path forward. No two clients are alike neither is their treatment. I adapt my treatment approach to my client's individual needs. Together, we will explore solutions to the problems that are trying to interfere in your life. We will explore systemic influences and the way that problems can form and be resolved in relationship with others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have a story and that story can have an impact on our mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing. I believe that despite life's challenges you have internal resources and strengths that can help you move through the challenges. I believe that change is possible at any time no matter what you’ve experienced in life.
