My approach is collaborative and integrative. I tailor my treatment to my client's individual needs. Together, we will explore solutions to the problems that are trying to interfere in your life. We will explore systemic influences and the way that problems can form and be resolved in relationship with others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the way we story our life can have an impact on our mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing. I believe that despite life's challenges everyone has internal resources and strengths. I believe that change is possible at anytime no matter what you’ve experienced in life.
