About My Clients

My Background and Approach
With more than 20 years experience as a psychotherapist, I work to address the troubles that affect people the most. Anger, depression, anxiety, traumatic events, and physical or mental illnesses. Anyone of these is a lot to face without some strong support, solid communication and a deep self-awareness. I teach people to communicate more effectively, improve their problem solving and coping skills and to recognize the impact they have on others. After clients have worked with me, I want them to feel stronger, more resilient, safe and valued. Most importantly, I want them to be able to maintain strong, healthy relationships that will out distance whatever reason brought them to see me.
