We’ll start by working on what’s happening in the moment, learning how to regain control of your thoughts and physical responses. Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping people heal from trauma, and I’ve trained in cutting-edge methods to address it. We’ll dive into what’s happening in your brain and body when trauma takes hold, and I’ll guide you in using these insights to find relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of change and growth at any stage of life. I don’t think there’s a limit to our potential, and I am convinced that many of the struggles we face are learned behaviors, which means we can unlearn them and replace them with healthier patterns. Personally, I’ve faced my own challenges with anxiety and trauma, but through therapy, I learned how to regain control and find peace. It’s my mission to help others experience that same freedom. I believe in the power of community and social action, and I’m passionate about supporting causes like mental health awareness, racial justice, and LGBTQ+ rights. I regularly participate in local marches and advocacy work that promote equality and inclusion.
