My Background and Approach
I have more than 10+ years of experience partnering with people to get their lives back on track. I primarily take a solution-focused approach in therapy. My personality is both direct and non-judgmental and I promise not to just nod and smile while you listen to yourself talk!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people lose their way from time to time, and that isn't a failure. I believe in the capacity to heal and grow even out of the darkest of places. I don't believe in comparison, I think it's the death of compassion, especially self-compassion.
