My clients are women who have spent years putting others first, striving to be perfect, or staying in toxic relationships. They come to me feeling anxious, burned out, or disconnected from who they truly are. Many struggle with people-pleasing, self-doubt, and difficulty setting boundaries. I specialize in supporting women who are ready to break free from old patterns, heal their wounds, and step into confidence, peace, and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
I’m a psychologist who believes real healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. My approach blends practical tools from CBT and ACT with mind-body therapies like EMDR and EFT (tapping). These approaches go beyond talking, helping you release trauma and shift patterns that keep you stuck. I love working with women who feel trapped in toxic cycles, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, and are ready to reconnect with their strength and intuition. In our sessions, you’ll find compassion, gentle guidance, and strategies you can start using right away to calm anxiety, set healthier boundaries, and begin trusting yourself again. I am currently welcoming new private-pay clients. This investment allows us to create deeply personalized, holistic care outside the limits of insurance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the most important thing in life is love and kindness. To me, being compassionate and treating others with care is essential—when we hurt someone else, we’re really hurting ourselves. I try to live each day with that awareness, bringing gentleness and respect into both my personal life and my work as a therapist. I’m also a huge animal lover with three dogs and three kittens who bring a lot of joy and playfulness into my life. I value authenticity, empathy, and creating spaces where people feel truly safe and accepted for who they are. My hope is that everyone who works with me feels seen, supported, and reminded of their own worth and capacity for healing.
