About My Clients
I work with women in transition, women who are struggling to get through a heartbreak, to navigate the phases of divorce, changing career paths and are unsure how to find their passion, women who are new moms and new wives trying to balance their roles with self-care for themselves, and women who are struggling to find meaning in their life. You know that you are in a place of change and evolution but are having difficulty with the uncertainty and fear that brings.
My Background and Approach
Are you struggling to find meaning and purpose during a difficult life transition? Do you feel stuck in a job, career, or relationship and need help to find your balance? I have a passion for helping women-in-transition navigate successfully from one phase of their lives to another. Whether that be women recently divorced or recently married, dual-career couples attempting to find balance in their overall lives together, newly single women, and couples attempting to find reconciliation after infidelity, I find that I deeply resonate with people who are on this path and looking to come out happier and healthier on the other side. You’re having a hard time finding “you” in the midst of all of your responsibilities and obligations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who also works with couples and families, I also work with couples who are struggling with infidelity issues and struggling to manage the careers of each partner as well as find time to nurture their relationship. My specialties include couples and family therapy, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, and life adjustment issues.
