Using evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I support young adults through life transitions, anxiety, and performance stress with a person-centered, strengths-based approach tailored to their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
A bit about me: I'm an introvert who genuinely enjoys listening to others' stories. I've been involved in the performing arts for years and have a soft spot for those balancing their creative passions with the rest of life. I'm also a dog dad, gamer, traveler, and sports fan. I believe you're not broken—you're human. If you're ready to feel more like yourself and build a life that truly fits, I’m here to help. I've worked through, and continue to work through, many of the same challenges I help clients face. You’re not alone, and you can get through this—but it does mean facing the tough stuff, too.
