I utilize EMDR and Virtual Reality to assist you with processing trauma. Also integrating Mindfulness techniques and homework assignments. The sessions are an hour and a half.
I been working with addiction for 17 years. I belive recovery is a journey to find yourself. I support 12 steps , Smart Recovery, and Refuge Recovery. Also, I support one's prescriptions of Naltraxone, Vivitrol, and Suboxtone. The process is difficult to let go of a dependency.
