About My Clients

I may be a good fit if you are Autistic, ADHD, or manage a chronic illness. If you a parent struggling to prioritize YOU, struggle with self-care or boundaries, have been told you have "treatment-resistant depression", OCD, PTSD, or Anxiety, I can help. If you are stuck in cycles of burnout and need someone to not only listen, but really help you break down patterns, habits, and shame to build a richer, more sustainable life, reach out to me for attuned, specialized care.

My Background and Approach

I work from a relational, somatic, and cognitive lens, supporting your awareness and understanding of your mental health. I have lived experienced with neurodiversity and I use a ND-affirming approach to guide healing tailored to your unique experience. In our work together, we will aim to create space in your life that allows you to optimize, understand, and honor your traits and strengths. My approach supports long-term functioning and burnout prevention. We will collaborate to add more skills, process emotions, unpack patterns, and nurture more sustainable balance in your life. Your experience is unique and I strive to tailor my approach to your needs and values. My hope is for you to feel empowered in your daily life and long-term goals. Our work together will aim to honor the past, present, and future of you as your most authentic self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

After graduating with my social work degree, I worked in higher levels of care for many years. My training and experience working with all ages and all levels of care prepared me to support individuals now on an outpatient basis. I had my own severe burnout, driving me to develop a completely new understanding of my own neurodivergence and chronic illness. Through brainspotting, burnout recovery, and redesigning a life that is sustainable, I found passion in supporting others on that journey. I believe deeply in your capacity as a human to grow and heal, and if I am the sole holder of that belief for a while, that’s okay. I can gently guide to towards safety, self-compassion, and relief.
