About My Clients
I work with children, teens, college students, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, shame, and life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with negative core beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m unlovable.” I help clients explore the roots of these patterns and begin to heal through a supportive, trauma-informed approach. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I provide a safe space to move toward lasting change.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in EMDR, I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and shame. My ideal clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to begin a deeper journey toward healing. I take a trauma-informed, integrative approach that includes EMDR, somatic-based practices to reconnect mind and body, and acudetox/acuwellness techniques to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance. I’m also expanding my training in neurofeedback to deepen my work with the brain-body connection. Many of my clients are processing complex grief, unresolved childhood wounds, or carrying shame that no longer serves them. I provide a compassionate, grounded space where healing can unfold at your pace. I offer sessions in person and via telehealth throughout Colorado, allowing flexible and accessible support wherever you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Each person’s story, history, and needs are unique, and therapy should reflect that. I draw from a range of evidence-based and holistic practices including EMDR, somatic-based work, acudetox/acuwellness, and mindfulness to find what best supports each client’s goals. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where safety, trust, and connection are central to growth. I deeply value the strength it takes to seek support and believe healing happens when we create space for the mind, body, and nervous system to reconnect. I honor each client’s pace and believe lasting change is possible when we address both current symptoms and underlying beliefs or patterns. Whether someone is carrying trauma, grief, shame, or feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, I aim to meet them with compassion, curiosity, and flexibility as we navigate their path toward healing.
