I have experienced working with client s who have experienced early developmental trauma from the intergenerational transmission of stress from their parents and/or grandparents. I empower clients to transcend from this trauma by establishing an emotionally safe space, teaching them tools to have control in their lives to prevent this trauma from getting transferred to their next generation.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I have experience working with clients who have experienced Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I offer an emotionally safe space for these clients to process their trauma at their own pace with the tools I provide so they can learn to not only regulate their emotions within their Window Of Tolerance but also to have control in their lives to prevent their trauma from affecting their relationships.

I have extensive experience working with couples both married and unmarried who have learned to address the obstacles that have prevented them from feeling satisfied in their relationships. I teach couples communication tools they can apply in their lives and offer different ways of learning, whether youtube videos, podcasts, books or online articles or emailed hand-outs.

I specialize in working with couples who have had past trauma affect their relationship. I have skills, training and experience in helping them to reconnect.
