As a therapist, I aim to meet every client where they are and support them to get to who, or where, they want to be. During a therapy session with me it is all about you - you set the pace, you determine your goals - and I will support you along the way. I specialize in helping clients overcome burnout, stress, and anxiety. Through a personalized treatment plan, we'll explore underlying factors, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. You can expect increased self-awareness, improved emotional well-being, and a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.

I can help you figure out how to take care of yourself while still achieving your goals—and I'll do it with compassion, empathy, and a sense of humor (because nobody said this was going to be easy).
