I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in mental health, developed through years as a Medical Surgical Nurse and specializing in psychiatry. My expertise spans depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and schizophrenia, benefiting clients by offering a deep understanding of these conditions through both medical and therapeutic lenses. I’m skilled in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and creating individualized treatment plans that prioritize each client’s unique needs.
