My Background and Approach
I use a person-centered approach to help guide my clients through their life challenges.Choosing a career or the decision to change a career may not always be the easiest. Working with me you will be able to not only see what you are good at and where to concentrate your efforts but I will also provide support throughout the process of career change and improvement. Adjusting to chronic illness may cause confusion, symptoms of depression, and anxiety. I assist my clients in asking those difficult questions and learning how to make life adjustments to improve health. Feeling overwhelmed and in a dark and lonely place? I am here to help you climb out from under your dark cloud. We can work on self-care methods using everyday techniques to help manage the symptoms of depression. Grief and loss are unique to each person. The client will have the opportunity to learn what grief and loss and and how to process their emotions around it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people can change en evolve. I believe that everyone goes through different stages of growth in life and based on life experiences we learn new things from new and past experiences. Emotional and mental health are essential to success in life. Finding that balance in your mind body and spirit will make individuals better humans. I believe that our thoughts should be challenged to improve our mental capacities and to achieve overall health.
