Tampa Bay Counseling and Supervision is a group of mental health clinicians dedicated to providing quality mental health services so you feel comfortable to heal, improve, and change what you can through psychotherapy. Specializing in treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy ( CPT), Radically Open DBT (RODBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Integration and Processing (SIP), we believe mental health for all ages includes emotional/mental flexibility, openness, and healthy social connection. TBCS Group welcomes both in-person and virtual appointments for Florida residents. Virtual appointments are provided through a secure, HIPPA-compliant, high-quality platform. For your convenience, we offer a 15-minute complimentary phone consultation for all prospective clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We have extensive experience in working with trauma and PTSD, eating disorders/ body dysmorphia, survivors of narcissistic abuse, psychosis and disorders on the schizophrenia spectrum, anxiety/depressive disorders, neurodivergence, personality disorders, mood and dissociative disorders, relationship issues, and personal growth/life transitional challenges.
