We heal through connection, play, and attaching internally to ourselves. Sometimes our developmental wounds interplay between one another in relationships. While in therapy (both individually and as a couple) we will work on bridging the gap between stuck patterns that create separateness in relationships to creating emotional safety and trust.
My Background and Approach
As a somatic therapist, my approach is based in a mind and body awareness. I believe you are the expert of your life, and my job is to not "fix" you because you are not broken. I am here to guide you in the journey to uncovering your authentic self, and as a result, living a life that reflects your worth and feeling more whole as a person. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I will work on building safety within your system. We will focus on the relational attachment and how our outer world is also deeply connected to our inner world. Within this process we will find that the very thing that might be holding you back is the very thing that will likely set you free.
