About My Clients
I serve individuals and couples who feel 'stuck' in the aftermath of trauma, narcissistic abuse, or complex mood challenges like Bipolar disorder. My ideal client has often tried talk therapy but still feels the physical echo of past pain in their body. Whether you are navigating a demanding life, a difficult relationship, or the weight of a complex diagnosis, I provide a safe, body-centered space to help you move beyond symptoms and truly reclaim your resilience.
My Background and Approach
As a Harvard and UT-trained doctoral professional with over a decade of clinical leadership, I offer more than just a listening ear; I provide a high-level partnership rooted in elite expertise. My experience as a CEO and clinical supervisor for ten universities means your care is guided by a practitioner who understands both the complexity of the human mind and the real-world pressures of navigating a demanding life. I specialize in body-centered healing through EMDR, Brainspotting, and Bodyspotting. The benefit to you is a move beyond "talking in circles." We work to physically release the "stuck" trauma and anxiety that talk therapy often misses. As a Level 3 Gottman practitioner, I help couples replace defensive cycles with deep connection. Whether we are treating Bipolar disorder, narcissistic abuse recovery, or chronic pain, my goal is to regulate your nervous system so you can stop simply surviving and start feeling truly resilient in your body and your relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is a birthright, not a luxury. My practice is built on the value of radical authenticity—the idea that you don't have to 'fix' yourself to be worthy of a meaningful life; you simply need to reconnect with the resilience already inside you. I am deeply committed to nervous system advocacy, moving away from pathologizing people and toward understanding how our bodies survive 'no-good-dirty-rotten' experiences. As a woman in leadership and a CEO, I advocate for mental health equity and the de-stigmatization of complex diagnoses like Bipolar and PTSD. I am a dedicated ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating narcissistic abuse recovery. My goal is to provide a space where your identity is celebrated and your boundaries are sacred. I value a 'brave space' over a 'safe space'—one where we can be honest, do the deep work, and move toward a life of genuine, body-centered freedom.
