My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can change and grow at any point in their lives. Mental health issues often stem from unhelpful learned behaviors, but these patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ones. Change can be challenging, but with the proper support, it’s achievable. My own experiences with anxiety have taught me the importance of a safe, non-judgmental space where one can express their true self. This belief drives me to create a therapeutic environment that fosters openness and authenticity. In addition to therapy, I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, deepening my appreciation for diverse ways of thinking.
