I believe that empathic and accepting relationships are the key to helping individuals, couples and families move toward positive growth. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When working with children, my goal is to collaborate with parents, caregivers and teachers to better understand how the child is functioning from the different perspectives. With children and adolescents, I use a combination of methods including talk, non-directed play and activity-based therapy models. When working with adults, I utilize a strengths-based, insight-oriented approach in order to help people gain a better understanding of the situation.
