Very often, others, like family and friends, can’t understand our trauma and pain, and we don’t want to burden them with it anymore. We feel like a broken record when we share that we aren’t doing well. We are embarrassed that we haven’t healed by now.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’ve supported individuals and families through life’s challenges in the USA and Brazil. As an immigrant, I’ve felt the highs and lows, the struggle to fit in, and the isolation that can come with it. My own psychotherapy journey inspired me to become a psychotherapist dedicated to helping people like you.
