About My Clients
I am very passionate about the therapeutic process and assisting my clients in cultivating healthy relationships with themselves and others. I help clients feel happy confident by gaining the tools to show up as their authentic selves in their everyday lives. I value the creation of a safe therapeutic space for us to collaboratively identify, explore, and create sustainable change.
My Background and Approach
Some of the modalities I draw from include Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Trauma Informed, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapy associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor located in the Austin, Texas area. I am currently working towards my couples and sex therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance and pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Sexology with a specialization in Kink Therapy.
