My Background and Approach
I am an LPC-S who's been practicing since 2006 and been a supervisor since 2014. In my private practice I work with adult individuals and couples using attachment theory, existential exploration, somatic mindfulness and psychodynamic approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I deeply respect the impact that culture, gender identity, sexuality, and all aspects of personal identity have on a person’s life. I’m aware of my own privileges and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can share their identities at their own pace. I am committed to being LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, anti-racist, and ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard, and validated.
