About My Clients
I find it very rewarding working with people looking for a change in the way they live. Either by increasing their sense of well being or by providing tools they can use to enhance their resources.
My Background and Approach
I've been trained in different modalities of therapy, but I find myself enjoying working mostly with EMDR, CBT-I and brainspotting. Those approaches work wonders with trauma, anxiety, insomnia, and other issues. I am pretty flexible on my approach depending on the client, but also like to have goals to achieve in treatment.
