About My Clients

My clients are individuals and couples seeking personal growth, healing, and support through life’s challenges. They may be facing anxiety, relationship struggles, or transitions, and are motivated to explore their emotions, gain clarity, and develop practical tools for creating lasting change and fulfillment in their lives.

My Background and Approach

I have extensive experience working in mental health clinics and residential treatment programs in Austin and Los Angeles, where I’ve supported clients through a wide range of challenges. I specialize in couples therapy using the Gottman Method, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their emotional connection. For individuals, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These approaches empower you to create lasting change and develop healthier patterns in your life. Having personally benefitted from therapy, I bring a deep empathy and understanding to my work. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll work toward your emotional resilience and a more fulfilling life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the transformative power of self-compassion and the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing. My values center around empathy, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique path. I’m passionate about reducing the stigma around therapy and empowering clients to embrace their vulnerabilities as part of their healing journey. Outside of therapy, I prioritize self-care and grounding practices, like spending time outdoors and taking my tiny fur baby, Bucky, on long walks. These moments help me stay centered, which allows me to show up fully for my clients. As an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, I’m committed to fostering inclusivity and supporting diverse perspectives. I also believe in the importance of mental health advocacy and work to ensure all clients feel seen, heard, and valued, no matter their background or identity. Whether you're facing relationship struggles, anxiety, or life transitions, I’m here to support you with compassion and respect
