About My Clients
My style is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques. I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging process, and I strive to create a non-judgmental space where my clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults from all backgrounds. I aim to empower my clients to live a meaningful life. I look forward to hearing from you and how we can work together.
My Background and Approach
I bring a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning that I prioritize the needs and goals of my clients. I believe therapy should be a partnership, with the client and therapist working together to achieve meaningful change. I approach each session with empathy and compassion. I'm a therapy intern at Grace Therapy and Wellness, supervised by Caroline Shepherd. I will graduate from The University of Texas at Austin in July 2024 with a Master of Science in Social Work. I offer a sliding scale fee for all sessions.
