I am passionate about helping my clients by offering a unique therapy process to ensure a personalized approach to healing. I believe in working collaboratively as a team with my clients not only to help them move forward but to also understand themselves better, build healthy habits, and create the very best outcome both in and out of therapy. I have always had a heart for helping and listening to others. I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults and strive to provide a safe and nurturing space for my clients who suffer with anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of other concerns.
