My Background and Approach
I am passionate about counseling and authentic connection with others. I work with individuals and children on issues including: Self-compassion and self-acceptance, Anxiety, Depression, Coping with divorce and co-parenting, Life transitions, Trauma. I believe that everyone, at their core, has the insight and inner strength needed to heal. Sometimes this gets pushed aside or forgotten due to difficult circumstances, trauma, shame, fear, unhealthy relationships, biological factors, negative coping, and more. As your therapist I will walk with you on your journey and assist you in becoming your true self.
