About My Clients
I primarily work with adult (18+) individuals with ADHD, AuDHD, or Autism. I also work with clients who are seeking to heal their relationship with sex/sexuality. I enjoy working with couples who are seeking to increase their emotional, physical, or sexual intimacy with each other. I deeply value working with couples who have different identities from one another, such as couples who are cross-cultural, interracial, mixed-faith, or neurodiverse.
My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is primarily person centered (or couple-centered). I believe that you are the expert in your life and relationships, and that I am a resource to help you reach the goals that you have for your life/relationship. I approach counseling from an ecological systemic lens, meaning that I am mindful of the fact that people and relationships can only be understood within the context of their families, communities, governments, societies, cultures, economic systems, point of time in development of their life, and point of time in history that they/we are in.
