My client's come from diverse backgrounds, but are committed to healing. I work with individuals who have come to a point in their lives where, "What I've been doing is no longer working for me. I need a change." Knowing that we hold the power to shape our own lives is a powerful understanding, and if you're not there yet, IT'S OK! You're already taking the first step by reaching out.
My Background and Approach
As a Shaman, Licensed Therapist, and Yoga teacher- I understand the importance of a holistic approach to assessment and treatment. I help my clients work on the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic blocks to be able to heal and live their best lives. I want to provide the type of space where my client's can feel safe while working on issues that may have been pushed back for years. If you're willing to put in the work and want to make the changes, I'm here for it! And don't worry, I won't be doing any of the "And how does that make you feel...?"
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe it's important to continue finding balance within this life that can often lead us feeling overwhelmed and at times out of place. By letting go of our limiting beliefs and learning how to tune in with the infinite amount of knowledge and wisdom that our bodies hold, we are capable to making amazing changes within out lives. These changes can improve our physical health, relationships, work, and the ease that we experience within ourselves.
