About My Clients
You might be successful on the outside and quietly struggling on the inside. Maybe relationships feel confusing or painful. Maybe you’re at a life transition, carrying grief, or feeling disconnected from meaning, purpose, or yourself. I work with adults of all genders, with particular depth of experience supporting men who want more than symptom relief—men seeking clarity, emotional honesty, and a fuller sense of aliveness.
My Background and Approach
My work is depth-oriented, relational, and mind-body centered. That means we don’t just focus on managing symptoms — we listen for what your struggles are trying to say. I draw from Jungian and psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment theory, somatic awareness, and dreamwork. Together, we pay attention to patterns, emotions, relationships, and the symbolic language of the psyche. Therapy becomes a place where insight, emotional experience, and embodied awareness come together. I see therapy as a collaborative process. The relationship itself matters, and change often happens through being genuinely understood and met — sometimes for the first time. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in private practice. I'm currently in training with JPA in New York for archetypal psychoanalytic psychotherapy and have trained in EMDR, IFS, ACT, CBT, Hakomi, and more. I offer individual and group psychotherapy, working with adults across a wide range of life concerns.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
Sessions are thoughtful, emotionally present, and paced with care. I’m engaged, curious, and direct when helpful, while also leaving room for uncertainty and discovery. I have engaged in advanced training every year of my 15+ years in practice, and I love working with people who have tried other therapies and still have not found what they are looking for. Clients often say they appreciate having space to slow down, reflect, and explore their inner world without pressure to “fix” themselves. Over time, therapy can support deeper self-understanding, more authentic relationships, increased emotional resilience, and a stronger connection to meaning and purpose. This creates lasting change, not just new ideas, tips, or tools.
