Trained in Psychodynamic therapy, my goal is to help understand how the past influences the present. I am a solution focused therapist who believes in gaining tools that are relevant to the here and now while bringing insight and awareness to the why as much as possible. Together, we will work towards your goals whether that is individually or as a couple.
