About My Clients

I work with adults healing from trauma, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, or growing up with emotionally immature parents. Some struggle with moral injury—feeling pain when loved ones seem unfazed by the current injustices and targeted attacks on marginalized groups in our communities. Together we can identify triggers, explore patterns, build coping skills, strengthen self-trust, and create healthier relationships with clear boundaries.

My Background and Approach

I hold a master’s degree in counseling and a bachelor’s in criminal justice with a minor in forensic psychology. My clinical approach blends evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate trauma, OCD, and emotional overwhelm by tailoring treatment to their unique needs. As a detail-oriented Virgo, I’m skilled at noticing subtle patterns and triggers that others might miss, which helps us work deeply and effectively. My therapy style is warm, relational, and collaborative, balancing emotional support with practical problem-solving. I believe healing involves more than symptom relief—it’s about building confidence, self-compassion, and the ability to form meaningful connections. I create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and grow at their own pace.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

Feeling hurt, conflicted, or unseen by friends, family, or society because of injustices can be isolating—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m passionate about supporting people experiencing moral injury, when loved ones seem unbothered by what’s happening in our communities. I offer a warm, collaborative approach blending evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I help clients notice patterns, manage triggers, and identify healthy boundaries while building coping skills, self-trust, and confidence. I practice what I preach by supporting targeted communities through advocacy, volunteering, donations, and spreading kindness beyond sessions. Together, we create a safe space where your experiences are seen, heard, and validated.
