About My Clients

You’re a perceptive adult wondering why life feels so much harder for you. Outside, you look "high-functioning"; inside, you’re hanging on by a thread, trapped in overthinking and a perfectionism that leaves you burnt out. Whether you are navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence, complex family patterns, or a chaotic relationship with food, you are tired of forcing your mind and body to fit a world not built for your rhythm. I help adults break these exhausting cycles and find relief.

My Background and Approach

We map the big picture to change how you relate to external pressures. Rooted in feminist theory, narrative therapy, and anti-capitalist frameworks, my approach blends deep inner child work with practical, neuro-affirming executive functioning tools tailored to your unique mind. In our sessions, that might look like tracing how a harsh inner critic actually belongs to an early caregiver or societal conditioning, then actively rewriting that story so you can finally drop the mask. We move away from shame-based productivity and focus on tools that honor your actual nervous system and capacity. There are no rigid blank slates or clinical coldness here. Instead, we build a genuine, collaborative alliance where deep meaning-making, body autonomy, and a bit of humor and whimsy naturally coexist.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I operate from the deep belief that healing and social justice are inseparable. Mental health is inherently political, shaped by systems of power, capitalism, and inequity. Because of this, my practice is committed to non-judgmental, equity-focused care, and a portion of every session fee is donated to mutual aid organizations like the East Nashville Care Market. As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, chronically ill individual, and eldest daughter, my values are lived, not just theoretical. After relocating from New York to Nashville for a slower pace and greater connection to the natural world, I deepened my commitment to walking daily in my values. Outside the therapy space, I spend my time practicing yoga and aerial, reading tarot, and tending to my garden alongside my husband and two rescue pitties. I stand for body autonomy, collective liberation, and neuro-inclusive care—and I believe a bit of whimsy and humor never hurts when trying to navigate a rigid world.
