My Background and Approach
As a hollistic counselor I am here to support you in whatever direction your journey takes. My background is in Transpersonal counseling, which means that I include body, mind, soul and spirit in our work. I also pull from my training and experience using expressive arts, art therapy and play therapy (for all ages!). Individuals and couples welcome! Looking inward can be difficult. The journey forward has many challenges. Luckily, you do not have to do it alone. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value personal growth through the lens of inter connectivity. I have a strong background in non-dual spirituality and believe in living in the now.
