Maybe you are trying to work through a relationship, explore your career choices, build your confidence, communicate more effectively? I can help teach you strategies, coping skills, provide alternative perspectives and problem solving abilities to assist you in reaching your goals.
My Background and Approach
I have been in the mental health field for 12 years and I have a vast variety of experience working with many types of individuals. Each of these individuals present with their own unique problems and skills. My therapy style focuses on strengths and solutions. My experience has helped many individuals move forward in life. It can be easy to feel stuck in a difficult situation. My practice concentrates on providing different tools and techniques that you can utilize outside of the therapy space in order to have the confidence and skills to make important decisions on your own. We will work collaboratively to reduce any anxiety and depressive symptoms, improve your self-esteem, establish boundaries, and problem solve difficult situations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time, it's never too late. I have repeatedly witnessed individuals realize their strengths to attain a sense of purpose.
