About My Clients
I work with individuals 16 and up, couples, and families seeking clarity, connection, and emotional growth. I specialize in relationship conflict, stress, anxiety, trauma, co-parenting, attachment wounds, infidelity recovery, and life transitions. I support Black couples, families, women, teens, and clients from diverse backgrounds, including high-impact sessions like Couples Crisis Intensives and 3-hour Mini Intensives.
My Background and Approach
I have a diverse background in mental health, including roles as a Family Support Specialist, Intensive In-Home Counselor, School-Based Therapist, and Qualified Mental Health Specialist. I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy and am a Certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator and Clinical Tele-Mental Health Provider. My approach is trauma-informed, emotion-centered, and collaborative, integrating attachment theory, CBT, EFT, narrative, and solution-focused techniques. I tailor sessions to client needs, helping individuals, couples, and families develop coping strategies, rebuild trust, improve communication, and create lasting change. I offer weekly therapy and high-impact intensives for rapid, transformative results.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, and I’m passionate about supporting Black communities and diverse populations. I value equity, emotional wellness, and empowerment, and strive to provide therapy that is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and affirming. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, yoga, hip-hop cardio, spending time with family and friends, and caring for my furbaby. My mission is to help clients heal, grow, and create meaningful connections in all areas of life.
