About My Clients

As a provider, I work from a more holistic lens. I am a board-certified holistic nurse and nurse coach. I want to look into what might be disrupting one's life and the possible missing mind-body-soul connection. I work with my patients more therapeutically with talk therapy and can also provide med management on an individual-based need. I also do healing touch, which can complement psychotherapy.

My Background and Approach

I began to clean up my diet and focus on whole foods. I added mindfulness practices like meditation, journaling, and gratitude. I researched holistic approaches to wellness, including nutrition, supplements, and ways to reduce stress. Over time, I noticed real changes: my daily heartburn went away, my energy improved, and I felt more present in my own life. I know how painful it can feel when a provider doesn’t listen, rushes through an appointment, or dismisses your concerns. Those experiences shaped my commitment to creating a different kind of space for my patients—one where you feel heard, respected, and never judged. When we first meet, I take a holistic approach to your intake. I am board-certified as a holistic nurse and nurse coach by the American Holistic Nurses Association. I believe in partnering with you, honoring your autonomy, and meeting you exactly where you are in your mental health journey.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At Rose Quartz, my approach is deeply collaborative and trauma-informed. I believe that true healing begins when a person feels safe, heard, and respected. I work in partnership with you, prioritizing your autonomy and ensuring that your unique story remains at the heart of your care plan. I apply a holistic lens to psychiatric care, integrating mindful wellness with modern clinical evidence. For our younger clients, I emphasize family-inclusive support, recognizing that individual well-being is often rooted in the health of the entire home. My goal is to move beyond symptoms and toward a place of lasting inner balance and grounded peace. What does holistic psychiatry actually mean? It means we look at the whole picture—not just symptoms. We integrate mind, body, and spirit, considering lifestyle, nutrition, and stress alongside clinical treatments to nurture lasting inner balance and peace.
